Lavine came over today in the traditional Kurdish dress! I could hardly resist a little photo shoot...and she was really workin' it for the camera! she hoisted her dress and stood like this for me to take a dozen pictures.

she was enamored with herself in the mirror! Have I mentioned I love this girl? I don't always love having her randomly show up at my house for me to take care of...but I do realize what an awesome privilege it is to give her life. Especially when I make her take a nap at my house and I get to pray over her and speak the Name that is above all other Names over her and break the chains that already threaten to bind her forever. But she will not be bond! She will grow up in freedom...knowing she is beautiful!
