My sister has always been the most generous person I know. She always goes the extra mile. It just comes naturally to her. When we were kids I didn't even have to trick her to get her extra Halloween or Easter candy, she just gave it to me! She is amazing! As we have gotten older, she has not stopped! She has loved us and taken care of us with the miles in between, even though I have been bossy to her over the years. She just had her first baby 2 months ago and she decided that with all the little extra stuff she had, she could either use it once, put it in storage or send it to me to bless women here! So what do you think she did? She loaded up her baby bath tub box FULL of baby stuff and sent it to us. She mentioned sending a few things and i was assuming a few onesies and blankets. Imagine my surprise when a giant box was waiting for us. I won't tell you how much it cost...but she and her husband Ben give God their all without even batting an eyelash!

I had so much fun unloading the box and organizing it in my closet. These are all blankets and 3 slings!

these are burp cloths, passies, bath toys, baby products, socks, onesies and a few little outfits!

This is Lavine, our little neighbor baby, who we frequently get to watch. She always smells like cigarette smoke, oil, and dirt. Since I just got all those new baby gifts, we decided that she should be the first blessed baby. We plunged her into her first bath...there are no tubs here...they usually just wash babies off under running water. She was a little shocked at first, but after a while loved it. Here i am working on her fingernails that have tons of dirt underneath them.

She loved being bundled up in a big, cozy, soft towel afterwards.

we then slathered her with lotion and put a new onesie on her. she smelled delicious!

then we put this cute outfit on her that says, "yes i am spoiled...what's your point?" We then laid her down for a nice, quiet nap. she usually winds up in a corner at her house taking cat naps periodically throughout the day. she slept for almost 2 hours at our house. Thank you Ben, Mandi and Baby Caleb for making a special day for Lavine! We can't wait to bless other families throughout our neighborhood.
Lavine is so precious!! She reminds me of Turner as a baby! Did her mom lke ho she smelled or was it weird for her??
