10th Anniversary!

This picture has not been edited or changed in any way...what you see is exactly what happened...that is Tim with a guitar, plugged in and he is singing into a microphone in front of LOTS of people! Tim surprised me on our anniversary and sang in front of everyone a song he wrote for me! Here are the words:

How can I say i love you, and not repeat some poet's muse?

I know it's more than just three words, but one more time wouldn't hurt.

It's warmer than a nice wine. More colorful than wild flowers.

More fragrant than a lily's bloom. Our love is like a song in tune.

I don't want to leave our love on the page.

I want to drink deeply from your heart.

Loving you is easy; it's my favorite song.

One that i'll sing my whole life long.

How can you feel my love? The depth of which, i cannot know?

I never say it right face to face, but one more smile, just in case.

seriously LOVE that he would get up on stage and do this for ME!!

he was so glad when it was all over and I was so PROUD!

Later in the afternoon we opted out on the afternoon seminar and hiked up a mountain instead! It was so beautiful and amazing!

we were up past the tree line and probably summited somewhere around 13,000 ft.

we did manage to bring re-hydrating drinks for our strenuous hike!

i gulped it down...i LOVE wine!

happy to be in love, happy to be at the top of our mountain, happy to live life together, happy to have FUN together, happy to adventure together...HAPPY!

snow...we took this pic for our neighbors...they will be astounded!

i tried to save this snowball for the kids, but then i dropped it on our steep hike down....we were huffing and puffing up the hill, but down was harder....my legs were killing me! it was such a great feeling!

the bottom of the mountain was the continental divide...i could live here next! i never tire of Colorado and its mountains! Thank you Lord for an amazing husband and walking with us through so many amazing journeys...
