Graduation!

We finished up home school this year and I realized that kids in America have little graduation ceremonies from Kindergarten and preschool. That's one of the hardest things about being here is that our kids don't get to be a part of organized sports and fun events at school. So...we created our own little ceremony....after Tim told me I was "finding new ways to celebrate mediocrity." This I took not as a criticism, but as a challenge! He was forced to follow suit! You don't want to be the bum parent who doesn't celebrate their kids!
 we made mortar board hats...
and the kids dressed up in their finest...no picture of their teacher...she was too busy sweating and looking terrible getting set up for the graduation party!
Annie prepared and gave a speech entitled "What I Learned." She did a great job!
Toby read a book report that he wrote about "Night of the Ninjas."
Jesse read one of his little books.
They got certificates and then threw their hats in the air!
 Jesse's favorite part for sure!
I made the cutest rainbow cupcakes.
They were yummy and so fun to eat!
Tim decided he wouldn't be out done and surprised the kids with a pool and ordered a water tank to come fill it for them! School is OUT!!
