Baby chicks are being born to all our neighbors that own chickens. Kak Umed across the street owns a lot of chickens and he let this 1 day old chick come hang out.
The kids loved it.
It's been so great to watch our boys grow up here! they get to play outside to their hearts content and run around around with the boys outside. well the boys here get to go wherever they want. our boys have a limits...but it has been fun to see Jesse reach out lately to little Aram. They have become buddies and Jesse is even willing to share his ball with him...sometimes!
Here's the latest picture of Lavine, now 10 months old! She is crawling all over and pulling up and even starting to take a few wobbly steps on her own. She is also learning to get whatever she wants, including candy...sigh. she is often covered from head to toe in a sticky mess of dirt and whatever she has been given to eat. She is happy though and loved, but i have had serious thoughts of stealing her! =) we love getting to keep her, which we get to do several times a week. Her household is a chaotic, turmoil filled place right now...we only hope she feels a little Peace when she is with us!
The boys got a little Lego set from Ms. Debbie the other week and I finally gave it to them today, to celebrate the end of school! They loved having Daddy and Mr. Paul help them put them together!
