A Real Reason To Celebrate!

Jezhin lasts for 3 days...on the second day we got to head to the river for a real party...one where somebody got dunked! It was amazing to be a part of. The kids got to see it first hand!

wet, a little cold, muddy and VERY happy afterwards! Zilan got to see firsthand and hear all about people getting dunked. She had lots of questions and was very confused, but also deeply moved. We can't wait until she gets dunked someday too!

a parting shot of the river...as we all stood by the river as the sun went down...we prayed together and Annie was given a picture from God. She shared it with us, she was nervous to tell everyone, but after a little coaxing and believing that God gives us special things to share...she finally did. Especially after Zilan was SO amazed that God would show her a picture. She kept telling Annie how special she was....(someday she will know this first hand too). Annie saw fireworks with the people that were at the river on this day on top of the fireworks in the sky. She said she felt like God was saying their hearts were being lifted up to his! This was a great encouragement to our friends and a great step for Annie to believe that God can speak through her! It was a perfect day to celebrate!
