A date...it's a rare thing for Tim and I! We have to get a little creative around here to do something intentional with each other! So I surprised Tim the other night by having a candlelight dinner for two set up in our bedroom while the kids watched TV!
He was truly surprised and happy! However, we never really know what to do with each other when we are all dressed up and out to eat. We do so much better hiking up a mountain together in jeans or swimming in the ocean together! So, here is a slightly awkward picture of us on our big date!

pretending to be serious...after we ate, we changed into comfy clothes and sat and read our books together...i know right...we are SO old! but we love it! I love growing old with you Tim and I loved our date in fancy clothes and comfy clothes! Thanks for always laughing with me at our awkward selves! You are amazing!
