We have been slowly making our downstairs into a multi-purpose family room. A play area by the window, an awesome couch and TV area...
This area used to be stacked with trunks and was just transformed into our school room. I love the openness of this new area.
We can work all over this room...I can even leave my sewing machine set up to do little projects.
Our upstairs living room is now a doshag room. We need a new rug...what color though??? Also am going to get Tim to make a big coffee table for the middle of the room that we can eat around...sort of Korean style.
Our bedroom has a new addition with a little writing table/desk to work from upstairs. I would show you a picture of the new office downstairs...but Tim still hasn't moved his stuff into place yet.
Finally, our little attempt at bringing Fall to us. We made a few paper pumpkins along with my new candle!
I bought my favorite thing to buy at the bazaar this year! Picture me lugging all 3 pumpkins weighing a total of 15+ kilos....through a crowded marketplace with man after man stopping and staring. The white lady is always odd to them, but with 3 pumpkins...what on earth??!! Always fun to cause an upset...all to bring a little Fall to my home. Can't wait to cook these bad boys up! But for now they make me happy to just look at them.
