Oh yeah...we got Peeps...just in time in a package from my amazing sister!
and Jelly Bellies!!
One of the best gifts we got was Paul and Erin bringing Quintin to meet us! Sorry Paul and Erin, but from now on...you are Quintin's parents! I know you don't mind! We all fell in love with him instantly! He was such a happy baby and filled our house with lots of giggles and squeals!
Who could resist this sweet little face?! Better than the Easter Bunny.
Thanks to Ms. Debbie and her package...the kids all got Whoopie cushions...they have been asking for them for a long time. they finally came...much to my chagrin! But they are pretty funny.
Some new transformers came too...Paul and Tim were busy helping the boys figure them out. Not sure who enjoyed them more!
We already blew through the pack of sidewalk chalk my sister sent...but the neighbor kids LOVED it!
This is a new favorite pass time...tearing down the new paved road on little rickety 3 wheelers. Jesse just recently got some major road rash all over his face from a trip down the hill.
Annie's Easter basket full of goodies.
Toby loved his too!
Jesse is probably sneaking candy sometimes! We also had a great service together with all the Americans, which we failed to get any pictures of. Then a great meal together...later Saddam's Revenge attacked me with a vengeance...so I was out on taking any pictures for the rest of the day. But we are so thankful for our Risen Lord. He stands up for us every day. Hallelujah!
Annie got in on feeding Quintin with Mr. Paul.
The kids thought everything he did was mesmerizing and couldn't stay out of his face...Quintin would let them know when he had had enough. But he was so easy-going...even for my rowdy bunch!
We so wish he was still part of our team...and his parents of course!
I couldn't stop taking pictures.
I couldn't pick my favorite.
We went on lots of visits and Quintin got a good share of Kurdish culture...I think he'll be back.
How sad...that this is the only picture of Erin and I...the life of parents...such sacrifice! I got to renew my skills with the spoon and baby food. I am happy to say...I've still got it! Not a drop on his clothes and he ate it all down! Paul and Erin, we love you and miss you. We know God is leading you and directing you though. Just know you are deeply missed and loved here. We cannot say thank you enough for all the loot you brought us and for coming all the way to let us meet Quintin!

Thanks so much for posting pics! I loved that we got to spend Easter with you guys! I know y'all are having a blast in Turkey... but we miss you guys! Give your kiddos a hug from us. :)
