The kids and the parents surprised us with a night out! They had a treasure hunt for us with clues that led to a picnic basket and a date to go sit and watch the sun set on the mountain! Tired...we dragged ourselves out there and had a wonderful time talking about US...who knew?! The quiet was amazingly refreshing! So thankful!
We came home and changed so we could go to a wedding of a friend. Had to post this picture and give props to Bevin for an amazing spread of beautiful food and the cake was stellar! Way to go!
Our friend, Heresh with his new bride. They are an older couple, never been married. Just recently they met and the whole wedding came together shockingly fast, but it was simple and sweet. The best wedding I have been to here!
Heresh has knows the truth and someone spoke from the Word. Then invited everyone to extend a hand of blessing over them after they exchanged vows.
He then pinned all her gold on her. I love this tradition. It's so tender and sweet. May God richly bless this couple, may their love grow for each other and for Him.
Heresh is 43 and was a nervous wreck. I love that. But he will be a caring and wonderful husband. I cannot wait to hear and see the rest of their story.
